At IFX we have considered the challenge of renewing our technical support group by converting it to the CENTRO DE ATENCIÓN REGIONAL “CARE” with the objective of improving our day to day service to solve our customer’s requests.
As of February 4th, 2019, in addition to our technical support, our customers will find a team of highly trained personnel to provide immediate and effective solutions to their needs. Focusing always on customer satisfaction, we provide not only support, but a memorable experience.
For this reason we share this new project with you; where our Regional Care Center is at the disposal of customers through a team that has the technical knowledge and the empowerment to provide immediate and efficient alternatives. This will provide our clients with the peace of mind that their companies require, leaving their company in expert hands that are focused on guaranteeing the continuity of business.
We will continue to be available 7 days a week, 365 days a year, by way of communication channels already known to you, so that we may promptly meet your requirements.
